All I'm saying is... "Yuck!"

SHINE.YAHOO.COM reports:
Ever feel like nothing is secret any more because of the Internet? You may be right. It took 4Chan users only 15 minutes to track down and bust the Cleveland-area Burger King employee who stood on top of two containers of shredded lettuce and then posted a picture of the gross act. 4Chan is a bulletin board-type website where members post images and comments.

I have worked at mc'donalds in the past and seen them run out of hotcake mix, grab yesterday's excess hotcakes from the trash and reheat them to get through the last 5 minute breakfast rush rather then make up a whole new batch.
You would be surprised what the stomach can handle.
Raw/bad meat, or toxic cleaning products result fit more into the 'unsafe' category. And what I remember of the cleaning products were they were non-toxic and the meat, well you can see if its raw yourself when you eat it.
Bad meat is probably the biggest risk. If you do get food poisoning and can isolate it enough to be sure, report the store immediately.
I worked at McDonald's for years as a teenager, and we had our fair share of characters, but never once did I see or hear of anyone doing ANYTHING bad to the food. On the other hand, I've heard of people doing some pretty nasty things at a certain family restaurant, which evoked mental images of the movie "Waiting"...it depends a lot on the management and the culture management creates and allows.
Any food place could be unsafe. That doesn't mean that the local ones are for sure though.
I have cholesterol and high blood pressure
Thy way I cooked ,fast food would be a healthier choise for me
To grossed out what they can do or put in my food
All you can do is control as much of your own food supply as possible. A pity common sense is so uncommon these days.
well.....
Of course, even gourmet restaurants can hire idiots.
in all honesty though, i hate fast food. it never tastes fresh, you don't know who handled your food or what you're eating half the time.
this is why i stick to sandwich shops when i can.
But that's not going to stop anyone, so...each to his/her own.
