Every bride-to-be can relate to the pressure to look gorgeous (and slim) on her big day. But sticking a feeding tube up your nose for 10 days seems to go a bit too far. However, that's exactly what Jessica Schnaider did in the lead-up to her June wedding. And the so-called K-E diet is growing in popularity,
ABC News reports.

The K-E diet promises to help you drop 20 pounds in 10 days. However, it's not for the weak of heart. Dieters must insert a feeding tube into their nose that runs to the stomach. They're fed a constant slow drip of protein and fat, mixed with water. The carb-free "diet" adds up to 800 calories a day, ABC reports.
"It is a hunger-free, effective way of dieting," Dr. Oliver Di Pietro of Bay Harbor Islands, Fla., who charges $1,500 for the diet, told ABC. "Within a few hours and your hunger and appetite go away completely, so patients are actually not hungry at all for the whole 10 days. That's what is so amazing about this diet."
PS: You also have to be willing to do this "diet" in public. Patients are not hospitalized, so they carry the food solution with them, in a bag, keeping the tube in their nose for 10 days straight. Side effects include bad breath and constipation. Would you try it? We hope you wouldn't! Remember: The groom is supposed to love you just the way you are! And you really won't look very sexy with a feeding tube in your nose.
That can't be healthy....
While it should be nice, and special, why do women feel their wedding has to be some obscenely large, "magical" event?
Seriously, next time, order a dress that fits to begin with.
I don't think you need to do this diet in the first place. Diet and exercise, folks, trust me it works
"[...]when my husband asked me to marry him his condition was "Well, if you lose 20 lbs or more for the wedding.""
