I think it is awesome! You don't know what you would do until you are in a certain situation. This is one situation you never want to be in but what a cool thing for her to do! Love it!

I love this for multiple reasons, the first being that she took something very sad and devastating and turning it into art and the second thing I really love is that this tattoo tells a story. It's lovely. Thank you for sharing!

It's good to have the freedom to do what makes us feel strong. I doubt I could do this either but I admire her. I'm sorry you had to face cancer, but I'm very glad you survived.

I am not in her shoes. I still have them! However she is very brave to do this and I absolutely admire her. It I had this issue - I probably would do the same thing!!

I think it is really cool too. It is definitely a beautiful job artistically and what a great way to carry on with the scars left behind.

Yes, it's hard to say and difficult to even imagine how you would cope with a total mastectomy. I doubt I would have thought of this but I am very impressed.
