A 4 year-old boy in Taiwan won the use of a tropical Island in a lottery! Taiwan had a lottery that was aimed at boosting spending to boost the economy. So, from the months of May to September of 2009, the boy will get rights to use the private island at his will. Of course all the boy wants to do is play on the white sand beaches and in the sea. The Penghu County island has water and electricity and will be provided with food and drinks. Penghu is known for their 64 islands with beautiful beaches and lots of water sport activity.

Well, if money isn't a restriction, I, close family and friends would just have some fantastic times. After rigging it with all the necessary communications devices (gotta have cable/satellite TV and high speed Internet to stay in touch with Sodahead - ahem) and ample housing - both private and communal, we would each and all proceed to do as we would want and always dreamed for those perfectly chosen months.
