Kids engaging in sex at that age likely had no parental guidance, which is part of societies problem today.
Adults have kids, are not parents and check out thinking that they can raise themselves.

This is the beginning of a socialist state, when the government raises our kids, brainwashes to think the way they want, and we get a Hitler's Germany, China, Russia etc.

Wake up adults, be parents.
