Pedalpusher 2012/08/01 22:39:07No+4He hadn't planned on releasing it till later.....probably the day before the elections to avoid all this flack! His VP let it out! I'm glad to hear that the black Pastors have gotten on the band wagon against it. I think this is going to take some more votes away from him!

It is, in any case, why I've had to revisit my prediction of an Obama victory in 2012.
If you're already on the verge of getting kicked out of the White House after one term (as Obama is) because of a shaky economy and other reasons, and you declare support for a new movement that's slowly getting its stilts replaced (as the marriage equality movement is), undoubtedly people are going to think your priorities are skewed.
However, the marriage equality movement is slowly gaining popularity. Eventually, it'll grow large enough that people who show support FOR it have an advantage against people who go AGAINST it, because more people are going to be for it or neutral than against. When this happens, if Obama keeps his stance on the topic and tries to run for president for a second term (after getting voted out of office after the first term, if Romney remains as popular as he is today), he's more than likely not going to win, but his stance is going to give him a slight boost in popularity.
As a Black teenager, I know the Black community doesn't support or embrace homosexuality or gay marriage.
NOBAMA 2012.
I believe more Blacks should wake up and realize Obama is incompetent.
The caboose. What's the big difference.
Many who voted for the Barack Obama who said "marriage should be between a man and a woman" in 2008 will not be pulling the lever for him this fall.
Way too much people in our community support Obama
I am a Black Christian and almost 18. I believe Pres. Obama is incompetent. He is a weak president.
Sadly my mother supports Obama. My uncle doesn't support and she doesn't like that.
I disapprove of gay marriage because it is against Biblical standards of marriage. Most of us Blacks don't believe in or support gay marriage because we are either Christian(me and you) or Muslims.
I have nothing against gays. I hate homosexuality though.
Gays don't bother me.We are all sinners.
God loves me, you and everyone. God just hates sin.
