If it could absolutely be controlled by the receiving individual, an only with fully advised consent, I could see some good in this. But NO baby is able to consent, and the process cannot be controlled. As time goes on, anybody will be able to add anything to the ID, whereupon humanity's unique identities will be forever lost. So DISAPPROVE!

Too many ways around that idea. Cut out of the chip and swap it with yours. Hack the system and alter/bypass the system. Plus the idea is dangerous and too ''mark of the beastish'' that it scares me.
