A 19-year-old mother is under arrest on child abuse and aggravated DUI charges after police say she left her five-week-old baby strapped in a car seat on top for 2000 Ford Focus and drove off.

Be careful, some people have memory problems, but if this is out of carelessness then she is not a good mom and jail won't teach her a lesson, they should warn her and if it is repeated 5 times, take the child to an orphanage.
