A woman gave birth to her baby in a porter potty, and then left the baby to die. And I don't just mean inside the plastic facility, I mean inside the toilet portion of the porter potty with all the waste. It may sound disgusting, but the new born baby was lucky the porter potty was rather full, because the baby could have drowned in the fluid otherwise. Construction workers say the pregnant woman go into the porta potty, and when she left, she was covered in blood. That's when the workers went in and found the baby abandoned in the toilet, but still alive.

That could have been murder, had the baby died. I'm not sure if that would count as abuse, but the mother, if you can call her that, should be arrested.
