Armpit hair on women, what's your opinion?

I have armpit hair, and I am a woman. I have had it for about two years now. I have never had a problem getting laid or anything like that. I have had negative feedback but I brush it off my shoulders pretty easily. I honestly don't get why people think it's gross. It naturally grows there. Shaving is a hassle and it can cause issues such as razor burn etc.

I don't have a problem with it at all.

I don't get the whole, "Women have to be smooth and hairless except for their eyebrows and their head." I mean, sure, if that's how you wanna roll, cool. But don't expect every woman to do so. That's just duumb. :D

I believe my body hair is my womanhood manifesting itself. Prepubescent girls have no hair. in may opinion the shave craze began when playboy was first published. Hairless, naked women allowed men to live their fantasy of of a young "pure" virgin girl, without the guilt of fantasizing about an underage girl. So to answer your question, no I would not. I have come to love all the hair on my body like I do the hair on my head.

I'm betting, even without Playboy, women today would be shaving hair off. Just looks better, cleaner in today's bathing suits.
If I had the money (and pain tolerance) I'd go after the hair on my legs as well. I know back as far as the 1740's ( don't know how much earlier or how much later it was in vogue) that French ladies had their body hair removed. It wasn't to impress a guy while standing around in a bikini, so there must be a desire for that hair to be removed.
You could have the same argument about men and their desire to either have a beard or to shave their face every day. The fashion has certainly swung back and forth through the ages between a hairy face and a hairless face. I think it just may be human nature.

Although I cut my own, it's only because it's more comfortable for me. =)
If having it is more comfortable for you, keep it.
Don't let anyone brainwash you that it is filthy or not feminine...

I stopped shaving my armpits. It's pointless and I always ended up with ingrown hairs.

Then again, sometimes I'll feel in the mood for smooth armpits and I'll shave them again. Not very often though.

There's no reason women should have to shave their pits.

I must grow there for a reason. It's natural, why should I HAVE to shave it? Anyway, it's a person's choice what they want to do with their body hair. I never understood why it's so frowned upon

I usually maintain my underarm hair but no because other people want me to. I just want to, and if any other female wants to that perfectly fine. If it weren't meant to exist, it wouldn't grow there.
I don't get why everyone thinks that women are obligated to shave their bodies. It's not gross at all so shut up.

Also on men. I find it funny how some men don't like women who don't shave their armpits or legs while the guys don't. It's a lame double standard

natural growth, natural odors, are very much stimulation. it one of the key point of fore play. every women likes it. i too. but it is cut for look and appearance.
