I don't have the best health, but I TRY to make the most of what I CAN DO. There have been times I just cried because my spine or hip hurt so bad or I was throwing up from a migraine attack for 20-minutes. Bad days. BUT, I did have ONE GOOD DAY THIS MONTH!!! I just take one day (sometimes one hour) at a time. It works for me.

Right there with you NO ONE knows how severe back pain is until they get it, and Migraines,oh boy! I hope you have another, and another, and even more good days. :)

My doctor just changed my blood pressure medication and added a new asthma medIcation yesterday. And now my head feels like it's exploding.

My sister said my doctor is giving me too much meds. She thinks he wants my body for medical research. But I'm still using it!!!!!!

Your head should NOT be hurting that bad!! Maybe go to ER? I understand pain, cuz I have dealt with it a long time, and KNOW what it's like...and had a horrible day.....have a question posted. My now former employer just ruined the weekend, for me..and next week, and the week after that. :(

After I lay down, the pain slowly let up. That "SYMBICORT" has a terrible taste and is so STRONG! It makes you so dizzy, you lose your balance!
My blood pressure has been high because of all that coughing from my asthma. And my head hurts so much too! But my doctor said I NEED the SYMBICORT to control my asthma. (and hopefully bring down my BP)
When my migraine gets so bad that I can't stop throwing up, I go directly to the ER!!!!!
I had my first migraine at age 9. I'm almost 62 now. I know what to do when I get a stress or migraine headache. My sister and her husband ALWAYS get mad at me when I have a migraine and need to sleep. And they're the ones who INSISTED I come and live with them..........

Right there with you on the pain, If they get mad, you can always ask them to change places with you, between throwing up-miagraines are terrible!!, pain is so bad you just want to pass out-I don't understand why some people just don't get it, they could at least SEE the pain you are dealing with. thanks for the advice. i do talk to my parents sometimes but they just never seem to get it.

Yeah, my mom was like that. She was born here but raised in Japan. Waaay different way of thinking from the West! My dad was born and raised here and didn't have the same views as my mom; he was more relaxed and open-minded.
Have you tried talking with your friends; people closer to your age? Your parents see you as "their child." I see you as an "individual" with questions. Lots of people here your age you could try talking to.

i don't have many people to talk to. all i really have is my family.

How's your appetite? Are you losing weight that you or your parents have noticed? ( I lost about 29-lbs. in 6-months while going through my divorce. I was skin and bones but didn't notice it at all)

Please try talking with friends here, ok? I'm concerned that you don't have anyone around you to talk with. Deb here sounds like a good person to talk to too.

i have a pretty good appetite and i exercise so yes i am losing weight. but i appreciate you talking to me about my issues. thanks i will talk more people like you on here.

By chance, is there a chance you are suffering with depression? That can make you feel horrible, in more ways then you may realize. Btw: I was born in Japan as well.

i wouldn't say im suffering with it but there are times when i feel pretty bad.

You could have some mild depression. That causes so many things....and one is pain, body aches, weight issues. no energy. Lots of stuff. I usually don't get a lot of time on the computer, BUT i HAVE Insomnia quite a bit. Got off work at midnight....home by 1 am and still awake at 6 am. IF you ever want to send me a message about anything, feel free, ok? Oh, couple more things. sunlight! and vitamins.....will help your mood. I'm here if you need to talk, as I think Lovita will be too. Keep your chin up :)
