Yes, a little. I was raised by my mother and grandmother who were very superstitious and so I suppose a little bit of that rubbed off....My grandmother was born in the late 1800's and lived to 103, she and my mother just seemed to know things. When they said not to go somewhere and travel or do something, I listened. They were spot on. Every now and then I get a feeling too and my kids have learned to just respect that. I don't know if that is superstition or not, but sometimes my instincts are pretty accurate. I mean why look for trouble.
I've learned that is completely a mental thing, but I still tweak when someone says nothing can possibly go wrong, I force them to knock on wood... Thats the only time I get superstitious though.
i try not to be but i heard this thing that theres good in the bad and bad in the good which means that when something bad happens something good will follow. I dont know why i believe this its just stuck in my head.
No. Superstition is irrational and primitive thinking. Once you understand the difference between that and rational, intelligent thought, then it's quite easy to avoid thinking that way.
Was going to say no but then went with yes. Because I like the number 13 or 7. If I wasn't superstitious those numbers would mean nothing and be ordinary. Sometimes I knock on wood. But other than that not really. I do not panic or get paranoid about certain things. A black cat is simply a black cat to me.
i lik black cats,i do open up my black umbrella inside places(most of da time),i haven't broken a mirror in a while,i have walked under a ladder a couple of times
