I don't know if this has something to do with the Saints or poor English grammar, either way, I am sick of it. People need to learn to speak English properly, not be lazy with it. A speech impediment is one thing, but purposely doing it pisses me off. The most common thing going around my school is people unconsciously saying "SWEAR TO GOD DAWG!"
Dawg, wsup, who dat, they all stink. You may think this is racist but that crap is called ebonics and it is nothing but a poor, lazy, pathetic use of the english language. Those who use these terms have been taught the same language we have if they grew up in this country. A person at work was using these terms the other day while talking to me. When I did not respond he asked me what was wrong. I said, "I don't understand your language, when you learn to speak english let me know."
I loath lazy english. As a person who had to learn your language I think this type of talk (who dat, sup, wit ect.) made it a little more difficult for me. Slang is slang, but this is just plain lazy.
Nope. But, I'm from New Orleans, we say it all the time. Now, it's a heck of a lot more fun. After 43 years(they're a year older than me) of hoping, praying, disappointments, ups and downs, you're gonna have to expect a whole lot of "WHO DAT" to be going around. As a matter of fact.....WHO DAT!
i just think it peoples lack of speach in a way to express there feelings it suposed to be the saying whos that knocking at my door you morons speak the way you were taulght you flipping idiots
yeah you are so correct sometime you here teens talking some kind of animal crap if you talk talk the langguege you speak but dont mees up by speaking sh..?
I also hate 'Can I ax you a question?'
"Who Dat Brah!"
edit: and I rooted for the Saints!
You know it has gotten way too crazy when they have "Who Dat?" nightlights
