Anorexia is a very serious eating disorder and shouldn't be looked at as an ideal body image. You can die from this and end up eating out of a tube because you won't be able to digest solid foods anymore. It's very debilitating and no one should be "pro-starvation".
It's denial taken to a whole new level, very disturbing.
