Jack's Pearl 2013/02/20 15:27:36yes+4I'm pleased with my height of 5 "8. I want to loose weight though. I'm more motivated by health reasons to lose the weight then how I look. I don't think I actually look that horrible, especially considering I want to lose like 70 lbs. That's significant, which is why I say it's a health issue. My blood pressure has elevated a bit since I gained, and my cholesterol is just slightly high. I know I can reverse this with the weight loss. I certainly don't want it to continue rising (my cholesterol and BP). But if it weren't for these concerns, I don't think I'd worry myself over it as much.

i like my height.. xD
Yep Am VERY happy.
If I weighed this much and was solid muscle...that would be fine..
when you are older...
I have always fought a weight problem
I use to be 5'2" and my weight was 150#.
Now I am 5'1" (we tend to shrink as we get older) and I weight 170.
I can't move around like I use to cause I am now in a wheelchair, so I have my problems.I don't eat candy, chips, fast foods, or greasy foods (but dam the weight is still there) ha ha.
Everyone has something that they'd like to change about themselves, including myself.
Men can't be too tall, so I'd like to add another three feet to my height. But, I have always had an athletic figure ~ it's in the genes ~ so that is one thing I don't worry about.
I can eat mountains of cheesecake, gallons of ice-cream, and wheelbarrows of truffles, and still not gain significant weight. A couple of laps around the lake, and I am back to my original weight.
Let's be real, it's a lot more important that I clear my pockets and then subtract a couple pounds for clothes.
I have the thyroid condition that causes weight issues. I have been able to maintain my weight at a healthy level. Sometimes, if I'm not vigilant, my weight creeps a little higher than I'd like, but I'm not overweight.
