Not as long as obummer is in the White House, can't afford it, and afraid I will come back to a layoff from my job. Making as much money as possible while I can.

Who has money to go on vacation?? Last real one we took was in 2004. Since then, only a couple of days here or there, but close by. Nothing involving airfare, or anything.

No vacation for me. Serious, progressive illness instead, and sooooo thankful that Obama cares! Because of the Affordable Healthcare Act, I'll have the treatment I need even though I had to retire well before age 65. And thank goodness for the Supreme Court upholding the constitutionality of it!
The whole legal challenge in my view was a scandalous waste of resources. Why would a constitutional scholar, such as the President that at least I feel so fortunate to have, sign anything less? I believe our President takes his oath of office seriously, and one way he demonstrated his commitment to serve the American people was to enact historically significant healthcare reform.
Presidential oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
The escalating costs of healthcare were one of the factors driving our economy into the ground, long before President Obama took office. The Affordable Care Act addresses that problem from many different angles. In my view, there is absolutely zero value in insurance companies and advertizing agencies when it comes to providing direct patient care and ground breaking ...

The Affordable Care Act addresses that problem from many different angles. In my view, there is absolutely zero value in insurance companies and advertizing agencies when it comes to providing direct patient care and ground breaking medical research. The Affordable Care Act curtails some of that superfluous adminstration in healthcare organizations. This will put us in a more competitive position in the global economy. I'm with the late Senator Edward Kennedy (D) MA and believe that access to medical care and treatment is a basic civil right.

We don't need to go anywhere. We love it up here in NY's North Country. Only wish I moved up here sooner. We have the Adirondack Mt. about as hour to the east, to the west about 35 min. away is the St Lawrence River, & who doesn't like the autumn foliage. It is the same here as in new England; where I grew up.

After an 892 vacation called "unemployment" that started 17 days after a "Stimulus" save our economy, I can't afford to do any more than pay off my debts, including taxes. But I'll take one next year if vote for job stimulus instead of a social change stimulus.
