In a recent study AAA projected that U.S. travel over the Independence Day holiday weekend will drop 1.9 percent this year compared to 2008.

I'm going to my parents. I haven't seen them in a while. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive. We are going to eat some awesome BBQ and light off fireworks in their pasture

Staying home, plenty of things to do local in celebrating
the 4th. Cook outs, Tea Party and fireworks within a few miles of home. That is so great let the fun begin.
