I have a great job. I work as a teachers' aid in the middle school. After 35 years of teaching and administration I've retired and am double dipping as an aid. No lesson plans, no parent-teacher conferences, no after school paper grading. The good people of our community even pay me extra to play football and golf with their kids after school.
One I don't understand your options. Should be have a job. Looking for a job. Other. Anyways I'm looking for one and getting pissed. I got laid off from one company and so I went and got my CDL and now I can't get on anywere! Its like I don't exist. I'm even doin the fallow up calls and everything. Thank gob for Unemployment or id be on the streets.
It's an improvement on her previous questions. If you look, usually even if it's a plain yes or no question, she will have 5 answers. "Hm" "Aw" "All of the above" "None of the above" "Other"
Annoyed the pants off me so I haven't come to any of her questions for ages. Didn't notice this was hers tbh until I clicked on it.
Just keep looking :3 I know it's not useful advice but it's really all you can do. If you give up and stop looking, you definitely won't find one. Persistence is key. Ask all your friends/acquaintances as well if they can help you. Knowing someone who already works there can be a great leg-up.
I had a job for many years. 3 years ago i and many of my co-workers were laid off. I looked for a job for about 6 months and finally gave up. Now I scrape by with my pension and occasional odd jobs.
