I just won an award at work for sharing . . . knowledge training people (it's really not my job, but I get called on to do it). I also don't mind sharing things either.
I like to share. If I have it and you need it, it's not too unlikely that it will be yours. I feel material things are given to me for a time, and if you need it more, then it is your time.
Depends on what it is I'm sharing. I share money and make donations, etc. Getting less good at sharing my time with people I really don't want to spend time with. I enjoy sharing my opinions here, at least most of them. There are still a few things I prefer to keep to myself.
I do my best to share most things...I'm in no position to do that much as there is nobody to share with. Information and the knowledge that I have from my years on this planet can be googled so that to leaves me with no space to move in.
To be honest, I'll share with the unfortunate and with people I truly like. I have a difficult sharing with those I don't like. Not a trait I'm proud of. Something I must work on.
I know what you mean. But, I think you take that risk when you give things to people. You just have to figure that you did a good deed and leave it at that. In fact I just got a call from a woman I hadn't heard from in 20 years. She was moving and packing up things and found my name in a book I lent her. She couldn't find me because I had moved and located my son, who gave her my new number. I told her to keep the book or "share" it with someone else and that I was happy she enjoyed it. I mean, come on, after 20 years....really???
it's not that easy for me to say no to people, especially if it comes to sharing a girl i hardly new about 2 years ago asked to borrow my iPod so i let her every time i asked for it she wanted to borrow it again, it got to the point where i never got it back & it was my birthday gift that year
just not my chocolate
Tim o' thee
