Are you getting enough Vitamin D and K?

I read alot of health news and Vitamin D and K are turning out to keep people really healthy. Are you getting sun and at least 800 D and 400 K or a combination D3?

Good for you.reply - Jo 2012/06/05 04:56:49no+1my dr has ordered me to take vitamin D supplements; I dont get enough sun because I'm either on the inside of an airplane (I'm a flight attendant) or I'm under the covers asleep. I bought some, but I have a hard time remembering to take it!reply

yesI take 1000 mg of D3 every day and green tea. Haven't had a cold or illness in two years.reply
