I'm trying to lose weight by being more aware of the foods I'm eating. I've kind of been running in the mornings but I've gotten a bit lazy with it. I need to pick it back up and stick with it.
I wanna dump the extra thirty lbs and get down to 200 even then my six pack will be nice and visible... but then I loose my source of warmth in the winters... oh well I've got a girlfriend
I'd like to say yes, but that wouldn't be true. I dislike more than I like about myself. Hopefully that will change over time as I fix what I can and accept what I can't.
I was once overweight (301lbs). Hard work, the right diet and will power helped me get to where I'm at now. If you don't want to be overweight anymore, you have to change that. :)
