I was never diagnosed with it, but I feel like I have it sometimes.

The funny thing about mental illness is if you read about them anyone can feel they may have it. And any person can be depressed or manic at times in life. But the severity is probably where the difference lies. For me there was nothing else I could do but go to the hospital to get help when I was in the throws of a manic swing. I couldn't function properly and couldn't rest at all. I went for 6 days of not sleeping one bit the last swing I had. This was fiver years ago now and I've never had such a thing happen again.
I suggest you go to your regular Dr. and discuss openly your concerns and how you are feeling. He/she can run some tests to make sure there is nothing physically wrong and you can take it from there. I wish you the best! Take the time to get some help if you are concerned. You are so worth it! :)
