I dislike admitting it, yes, especially emotional weakness. Family is ok, but anyone else I feel uncomfortable. :/

At times I almost gloat about my physical ineptitude. Mental weakness, less comonly, but I don't deny when it happens. (I'm open about my cowardice, prejudices, my frequent inability to think, or remember things. My susceptability to temptation and impulse buying etc.)

No, it's part of being human.
When I was a kid I was a tomboy and I would bend my arm and make a fist to try to bulge my arm muscle and tell my mom to see how strong I was. Her answer to me was "Well, smell isn't EVERYTHING you know!!"
Someone else will always spot your weaknesses no matter how strong you might think you are. On the other hand, sometimes you find that you are much stronger than you thought you were at times when your endurance is tested. In the long run you always find that your power comes from within with help from a Higher Power who watches over you.
