    Of my dad, no. Never.
He is the greatest dad a girl could ever have.
I love him so much. :)
    Of my mom...... You bet!
Her narrow mindedness and absolute refusal to see the world through anything but her own ruby red glasses makes me so angry at times.
And you can bet that she's ashamed of me.

My Mother is deceased since 1992, and my Daddy is 90. I had the most wonderful childhood growing up in the 50's and 60's. My brother was killed in a helicopter crash 29 years ago. So, when my sister and I sit and reminisce, we start to think that we were an unusually NORMAL family. Our parents LOVED each other, they loved us, we weren't pampered, or spoiled. We got spanked, we were given a HUGE amount of freedom to make our own mistakes.
My parents cultivated their relationship, had countless friends, traveled the world over.
They instilled personal responsibility, wonder and a fun loving spirit in us. I continually Thank God for them.

Nope. My parents were mortal human beings like every other human on the planet. We just always seem to find the humor in the family dysfuntion. Lmao! It proved hours and hours of sidesplitting laughs!

I'm a shame to my parents ... My parents are the best and give me things that i never deserved and I never said thanks . I threw a fit all the time and I never said sorry . I've been rude to everybody and embarrased them before . They love me soo much and I didn't see that so I would run away sometimes
    That's why I'm a shame to my parents : (
Although , I love them both anyways

No. I am, in fact, incredibly proud of them. My parents did a great job of being parents, were respected in the community, and left my sibs and me with a wonderful memory of our time as a family.

No, In general I am not ashamed of them, I love them, but sometimes I am ashamed of their behavior when they are mad, it's a shame when you feel like the only adult in the house when you are the youngest.
