Mold, and of course penicillin, red maple trees, bees, musk and certain chemicals.

I was in a meeting with a bunch of people one time and someone had on a musk perfume, I can't even smell it it stops me up so quick, so I didn't know. I just know I was giving a presentation and my throat started swelling shut. I literally was choking when I said "I'm sorry, but someone has on something I seem to be very allergic to, I need to leave, but will send someone else right in."

Walked past a co-worker's desk, said "Choking!, can you...? " and he took over the presentation. I hit the benedryl and walked in circles outside for a few minutes. Had to switch rooms for the next meeting I had scheduled a couple hours later.

And do you know, everyone in that group could tell I was having trouble, asked if they could help, what was wrong... but one woman went to my boss an complained because I made a comment about perfume an she was wearing it, but it wasn't "Cheap" perfume. So who cared? It could be $300 an oz and if it had musk in it I'd still be allergic.

Dust.

Don't think I have room here!lol Just about any green thing that grows, animal hair, many chemical products, milk products, tomatoes, peanuts, mold and mildew,...oh my, I am depressing myself.

I used to be allergic to my list above, plus anything with fur or feathers, dust, most flowers and trees. I had allergy shots from 9years old til about 14 and am not allergic to animals, and the trees/flowers are down to a short list. I thought I was allergic to frazier firs but as it turns out it was the ton of insecticide they have on them (Christmas trees.) You bring the tree inside where it's heated and leave it up for a month or so? Little 8 and 6 leggeds everywhere. Not my idea of Christmas fun. We stick to the fake trees these days.

I took shots 10 yrs. I would build up immunity but develop others. I gave up. I am not nearly as bad as I was in my 20's. The foods are the toughy. There are so many things i can't eat and I am a "senior" so it is hard to keep my weight up. I try to watch my nutrition but fail miserably at times! probably if I had treatment earlier in life it would have made a difference. My grandson (that I raised) had asthma and horrible allergies until about 19 and his seemed to disappear other than sinus problems (seasonal).

My mom always swore I was only allergic to bees (and it is a serious one) before I had my tonsils and adnoids (sp?) out when I was about 7. After that they all hit, I had one of those allergy tests with the numbered dots on your back, did you?

Luckily strawberries and tomatoes seem to be the only foods I am allergic to and I think that's more the acid... I can eat them cooked. Well, I can eat them raw, and do, but they make my face break out really bad.

I was lucky with my shots, I guess. I don't know what I'd do if I were still allergic to furred ones... I have 2 dogs and 3 cats inside.

Yes, I did the shots as did my grandson and my older son. Some things you just can't get away from. lol One of my sons is also allergic to bee stings. Tomatoes cause me to burn (intestinally) and peanuts cause shortness of breath. Others just cause a lot of digestive problems etc. It's no fun, for sure. I really was bothered more in my twenties by environmental things...now it is more foods. Glad yours is better.

I had the allergy spots on my forearm, turns out i'm so violently allergic to brazil nuts that just the spot made my throat close up and all that jazz.

pretty much, I'm allergic to other nuts but brazils are the only one that I react that badly to, never liked em anyway :P

pollen...I think. some summers i can't stop sneezing and my eyes won't stop itching...but other summers, I'm okay.

not really, maybe pollen or mold b/c I get stuffy in the spring, but nothing too bad.

Aspartame has ruined me. Due to too much aspartame I am allergic soooo many things I have to be very careful what I eat, or I will be sick puking for about 8 hours. I have a better diet, but I can't just eat anything when I'm out.

I have had this health issue for over 20 years.

Yes I agree, and also after consuming to many diet drinks, your body produces formaldehyde. The same stuff they use to embalm you in when you die.

Duh, I forgot about that... I throw up and get migraines from nutrasweet and all that... is that aspartame?

I mean really, there're what 16 calories in a teaspoon of sugar, I use 2 tsp in a mug, so 32 calories? Well worth an extra minute on the treadmill to avoid a migraine.

To almost all dairy food except for frozen yogurt, milkshake, and ice cream. It was according to my allergist that whatever the chemical I am allergic to, gets either destroy or filter out when in processed of making these foods. I thank God so very much for such foods as soy milk and veggie cheese! :-) I am also allergic to a lot of different plants that are out there, but the one that hits number one on the list is pine tree.
