The Frisky's Leonora Epstein explained that she feels she's been "running away" from her problems since she was 14 by constantly making plans to change her surroundings.
Epstein suggested that, in order to combat her "propensity to just escape," she's been trying to learn how to live in the present.
Changing your life might be hailed as courageous in most circumstances. In my own, it’s the fantasizing and inability to see things around me that makes me often wonder if I’m not running away.
