Are you a juicer, or vitamin popper?

Many people use juicers rather than vitamins. I personally use a juicer what is your weapon of protection. What's your favorite?

		Juicer all the way!!!
		no time, I pop vitamins
		I do both!
		I do neither..........It's all a marketing scam!!!!

i will take a one a day mens vitamin BUT I love my juice as well. So a little bit of both although I do not do both regularly
