Everyone seems to like what I cook but I am still a bit over critical. I know when something tastes a little off. I think they just dont want to hurt my feelings.

I don't cook fancy, but I can cook a variety of dishes, Southern, Mexican, Asian, German, Irish and some I made up. I cook from scratch, ice cream, cake, jam, salsa, enchiladas, tamales, fried chicken, potato salad, dressing, meat, gumbo, you name it!
