when i am angry, i am pissed the f*** off. If i can not take it out on something, i cry. I usually go on for a walk or go to my kickboxing/krav maga lessons and take it out on there. Or wait for wrestling practice the next day.

Fortunately, I don't get 'super' mad that often. Life's too short to let things get that far. But, I have a few times gotten so mad that I shake; adrenalin rushing and I'm ready to take on King Kong or the next best thing, the wall. Let's say that I'm a pretty good sheetrock repairer because of it. :)

I've been super mad only a couple of times, then I've said what I meant, but I didn't get loud. I usually get sad, rather than angry. I'm boring that way! ;)
