It honestly depends on the tattoo and the girl it is on and where is. Some women can pull it off others can't but the women who do pull it off defiantly look good.

My mom thinks that people who get tattoos, have a mental illness. I don't agree and I don't think tht many people would. However, I understand where she might call it mental, when we are all 70 years old and still sporting them. No, I don't think it's an improvement. It's just something that I do to personalize me, just a little bit more.

If you're not sexy without a tat, a tat is not going to help. If you're butt ugly, tats aren't going to make you sexy. Also too many tats on even a sexy woman isn't appealing..too many tats make you look like you belong in a circus.
Women are sexy, or they are not. Confidence makes women sexy. Good hygiene makes women sexy. Tattoos can highlight a part of a woman, or cover up a part, and either of these can help or hurt her looks, or maybe it's just there.
