Do you pick up a piece of fruit or a vegatable and see a "brusied" spot (as my grandmother called them or a "rotten" spot as my kids call them? Do you throw out the fruit/vegtable because of it. And choose a more appealing one or cut the bad part off and use/eat it anyway?

After the first bite, I noticed the orange tasted like soda, and that it had a weird tang to it. It was still quite delicious, but my stomach felt odd after about ten minutes. I ate the whole thing. The next day my stomach was not feeling so hot, and my chest was somewhat tight. My mom made me throw the oranges away. I'm weird in the aspect of eating things I may not like to not waste food, except vegetables, however.
