Need a box for BOTH, LOL I love the Holidays because my kids all try to come home, but it also never fails that having a house FULL, someone will have a temper flare up. But all in all, I guess I vote FUN. I thoroughly enjoyed having all my kids home!

no stress here. i dont do much shopping so im not spending alot. my kids are grown and no grandkids so dont have to shop for them, just kicking it at home and having dinner here. nice and relaxing.

I like New Years Eve because it is about partying and having a crazy time.

Christmas is kind of boring with my wife's family and little kids running around and tons of food. On top of it all we have to get there early and stay until like 10:00PM. I like the food but could skip the rest that comes with it.

God, it sounds terrible to be alone at Christmas, but there are advantages.
You don't have to spend the day with people you don't really like.
You're not required to pretend to love all the hokey commercialization that inflicts everyone.
But seriously, I have spent the odd Christmas on my own: it's easy to say you don't care, but it still eats away at you.
Just remember, a couple of days and then the madness is over.

I'm alone al the time.It just feels worse on Christmas.It wont hardly be over,and it vseems to feel worse as time goes on.My friend commited siuicide Jan 2012, almost a year ago, and I find it getting harder, not easier, trying to figure out how I failed as a friend.
