    No. People with anger issues are more prone to have angry outbursts. I don't see what intelligence has to do with anything.

    Some people are just quicker to anger than others. Simple as that.

    There is no intelligence meter to angry outbursts - it has to do with the frame of mind the person is in at the moment. Really well educated smart people have angry outburst - surgeons, professors, business executives, secretaries, retail clerks, ditch diggers and so on - no one is immune to angry outbursts
