Nicotine is bad news. The tars and gases do a number on your entire system.

My RN ladyfriend finally succeeded in overcoming her terrible nicotine addiction via hypnosis. The therapist caused cigarettes to taste like a cross between roadkill and dookie, so she lost all enjoyment and desire for it.

The thing is when you started you were probably only smoking tobaco.They are filled with so much other stuff these days.

Nicotine addiction can be more powerful than a heroin addiction. And a smoker jonesing for a cigarette will sometimes do crazy things.

A guy I know who works as a guard at a prison told me inmates there sometimes commit suicide after their cigarettes are taken away from them when they get locked up.
