Things that are good for you: fruits, vegetables... and mustaches? Researchers at “Radiation Protection Dosimetry” found that facial hair actually provides protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays. The journal, which focuses on measuring the amount of radiation people absorb, also found that longer mustaches provide more protection than shorter ones. The same goes for beards, of course.
And ladies: you're not excluded in all the (healthy) fun. Separate research has also found that the hair on your head also protects you from the sun -- especially if it's long.

Hipster men of the world, rejoice: Those ridiculous mustaches you have been growing are more than a fashion statement.

Where the money goes, huh?
GOT to be kidding me. 1st, why am I here? "Are mustaches good for you?" F**KING embarrassing I put myself in this discussion! 2nd, mustaches are irritating to wear and disgusting to tend; holy Hell mustaches aren't worth it. 3rd, what happened to the ladies of today? I keep finding myself looking at several of them walk around with mustaches (thin, but existent) as if they think no one can see it: sure as s**t we can see it; it's hair tarnishing their beautiful lips! REMOVE IT or, in the least, dye it invisible--INVISIBLE. I was at a fair and saw a woman with a FULL mustache and beard, Pei-mei stylee. WHAT. When do you just give up like that? Goodness, I hope I don't see another intentional beard and mustache on a woman like that again.
I already did numbers so I'll just cleverly use letters this time. :b If I'm wrong about my assumptions, just excuse them since your response was not entirely specific:
A.) Honey, this is a commenting board, plus I already acknowledged my being here is not something I'm proud of--an implied reason that I have nothing better to occupy my interests--is it boredom?
B.) I think I made it clear that I don't like mustaches, so certainly they are not attractive to me; I find it unlikely that they are intended to attract me, so that leaves out that--it's a win-win!
C.) People generally aim to be attractive. It's by my interests on whether or not women with mustaches appeal to me, so uhh.. yeah.
And I can't say any of this really offends me; that suggests I take insult to a facial-hair style, which is not the case. It's just something I am passionately against.
Horribly damaging sight from that woman, though; it was a darn dangling crowbar 'do from that woman, plus, like, a deep scruff. I guess I can say it was, at least, impressive.
Ftr, dunno how the Hell we are to spell dateable either.
...datable. date-able? --wrong.
