Unless they get their own waxing kit, at home, for their legs. Or if they have crazy arm hair or upper lip hair or anything which would get them bullied at school which could be easily removed.

This is the exception though, not the rule. Thus my vote on the whole that they are too young.

I think it's ok depending on who is doing the waxing. Would I let my 15 yr old daughter go to a waxing salon? HECK NO!! Last week she asked if I would buy her a waxing kit so she could wax her legs. We got the kit home and she chickened out thinking it was going to hurt. Needless to say, her 13yr old brother has a very smooth patch of lower leg now that he can't stop rubbing! LOL. I tried a patch of my leg, too, and it didn't hurt at all. I think she is now just waiting for a little more growth and then she will try it.

Depends who's doing it. If they do it themselves, fine. Having someone else do it would not be OK. Having said that it's easier and a lot less painful to shave!

It's better to have some one else that knows what their doing. Trust me, a 12 year old wouldn't know you have pull the opposite direction of where your hair is growing and pulling slowly wouldn't do any good. I started waxing when I was 11.

Youch. Personally I would stick with a good electric shaver - completely painless and you don't have to wait for it to grow half an inch before you can be smooth again!

Waxing is better, you don't h e to shave every 2 days :) since t hair grows fast I have to do it every week and a half

On the other hand, shave every day and you stay smooth all the time - you never get stubble. I suppose it's easier for us blokes because we tend to shave (our faces) every day anyway - doing the other bits and pieces is just an extra couple of minutes out of the day, no problem.
