well for me at least, its not healthy.. i have a weak immune system and staying cold, especially down to my bones, will get me sicker than hot showers.

You need heat to bring out the grime from your pours...

You can burn calories by showering in cold water, because of the extra effort it take for your body to retain it's core temperature.

A shower hot enough to make you sweat opens your skin pores, helping to flush off the grime and loose skin. After you are clean, a rinse off using cooler water helps you not to sweat and promotes drying.

If you shower with too warm water you will just sweat while showering.

You can't get sick by cold temperatures, it's irrelevant unless you have already gotten infected with the virus or bacterias that cause the disease.

True but cold temperatures can lower your resistance to viruses or bacterias. Plus cold temperatures drives people to stay inside more which allows viruses and bacteria to thrive and multiply. So there is a relationship between cold and sickness even if most people get the specifics wrong.
