Atheists have scoffed at the mention of it, modern religionists have
denied it's veracity, and papal pundits refuse to admit that
Constantine's mother selected the wrong sites for The Red Sea Crossing
and The REAL Mount Sinai -- ground zero for the two most famous events
in recorded history. Now, you will see the scientific and
archaeological evidence that has been preserved in coral and stone for
this generation.
Journey with Michael Rood and an international team of scientists and
explorers as they document the most exciting archaeological finds in the
history of the human race. You will sail the ancient “Yam Suph” (modern
day “Gulf of Aqaba” aka the “Red Sea”) where hundreds of Egyptian
chariots have been strewn across the sea floor. Robotic submarine
cameras will lead you through an underwater battlefield where the coral
encrusted remains of Pharaoh’s army still litter the ocean floor like an
ancient chariot junkyard. This will be the beginning of the greatest
adventure of your life. You will never be the same after experiencing
The Red Sea Crossing!

I didn't even bother watching this rubbish. If such a discovery had been genuine the scholarly community would have published something on it. As it were, not a single credible historian has even bothered mentioning this nonsense. That's a fairly obvious indication that none of them take it seriously.

What I find amazing, is the fact that people who scoff at this will believe a total fabrication without a SHRED of evidence----Darwin's myth. The myth is based on a simple cell which has been proven to be NOT simple. They have NO fossil evidence.

"Evolution 'liberates' man to do as he wishes -- and to whom he chooses. Charles Darwin understood this. He wrote in his "Autobiography" that one who rejects God 'can have for his rule of life, as far as I can see, only to follow those impulses and instincts which are the strongest or which seem to him the best ones."

And because they found the chariots, they are going to provide an actual scientific explanation for it, right? Like, didn't they once prove that the winds at a certain time of the year can blow hard enough to open a small path across the sea for a limited amount of time?

However the location is wrong of the crossing point. The term "Red" Sea was mistranslated. The correct translation is "REED Marsh" There is an area just north of where they are talking about that many artifacts have been found at the bottom of the "Reed Marsh" Being the location of crossing

Nope got it directly from the archeological studies published in two separate books:

Hoffmeier, James Karl (1999). "The Problem of the Re(e)d Sea". Israel in Egypt: The Evidence for the Authenticity of the Exodus Tradition. Oxford: Oxford University Press. pp. 199–222. ISBN 978-0-19-513088-1. OCLC 47007891.

Hoffmeier, James Karl (2005). "Red Sea or Reed Sea". Ancient Israel in Sinai: the evidence for the authenticity of the wilderness tradition. Oxford: Oxford University Press. pp. 81–5. ISBN 978-0-19-515546-4. OCLC 56526680.

I saw the History Channel special too. THEN I READ THE BOOKS and the additional papers on the subject.

You should too. It makes for very intersting reading and frankly is far better than the History Channel presentation.

It's amazing that there are lots of gullible people out there who will believe anything! I once made up a story about some child who lived eons ago based on something else I read. I was 8 and swore up and down that it was a "true" story I had heard at school. There were a few adults who believed my story. Wow!

No one can think of any other reason why there would be a wheel on the floor of sea....come on people use the inner portion of the most superior part of your anatomy before you believe in the evidence presented in an "official trailer".

How people get crazy about this sort of thing. You know if it were real it doesn't prove anything anyways. All that stuff would be moved about due to currents and what not. So who knows maybe they are remains of a battle washed away.
