The tablet is far from being over. This time, Apple Inc lost the battle, and it might get kind of humiliating this time as they will be forced to publicly acknowledge that Samsung didn't copy the iPad on their UK website for the next six months

Saw an Ultrabook commercial that I thought was a macbook for a second.
That they can sue over. Granted, the same argument as below works, but the side shot confused me for a second.

Their mobile device looks like our mobile device?

Nope, it's Apple's. The logo kinda makes that obvious.

Oh, and skewing pictures to help their case? Isn't that some form of perjury or something...?

Apple seems to be suing everyone that comes out with anything remotely like one of their products. I'm glad to see that they now have to eat a little crow but really it would accomplish anything because all it is is words. It doesn't affect their bottom line so I imagine they wouldn't care if that was the outcome ever time as long as they can hold progress up.
