I haven't eaten pork and beef in about two years, and recently I've become vegetarian. But i just wanted to have a vegan thanksgiving as something new. So, are there any other veggies out there?! What are you eating?

My mother and I had a Vegetarian Casserole that I made today. I am a vegetarian, she is'nt, but she loved what I made. And it was'nt Tofurkey,,,I dont like it. We also had organic yams, and organic pea pods. YuMMie ^.^

Tofurkey, gravy, stuffing, pecan pie, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes... even vegan whipped cream for the pie. My vegan wife has been cooking for a day.

We want for nothing, trust me. ;-)
