    Depends on why it's upset.
    Nausea: Peppermint tea, Chamomile tea
Cramps: Warm drinks and a hot water bottle
Gas: Stretching exercises to pass it
Hunger pains: Drinking water every few minutes, then if that doesn't work, eating.

My mom always used a shot of Jägermeister to settle the stomach. I tried it once, and it worked for me...

A glass of wine, warms the tummy when in question. I also have stomach issues and live off of gingerale, mostly.
Take care and try to have a nice evening.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to have it checked out.
Take care and try to have a nice day.

I'll see how it goes. I rarely go to the doctors for anything and I think this is just a bug so I'll see what happens tonight and tomorrow morning then decide :)
    Thanks for your help :)

Nothing crazy but what really helps me is putting a very warm wrag on my stomach and it is a HUUGE help to me. works instantly. Try massaging it as well.

If you have diahrrea, the best thing you can do is eat some white rice and a piece of dry toast and drink some apple juice. That is what my Nurse Practitioner advised me to do when I had a bad virus and it worked very well. Also, drink Pedialyte to restore the electrolytes that you lose when you are sick.

Peppermint always helped me, the little candies, or the tea. I guess any form would do, but those are my favorite two. I hope you feel better soon!
