Anti-Cheating Rings: Would It Actually Work?

If you ever worry that your significant other might remove their wedding ring in a tempting situation, TheCheeky might have just the thing to keep you calm. Their patented "anti-cheating rings" will leave an imprint of the words "I'm Married" on the wearer's finger when the ring is removed, making it literally impossible to cheat. Did we say literally impossible? We meant to say slightly more difficult.

The product page reads, "The negative engraving on the inside means that when you are in the 'Club' and an attractive woman... or man comes along to chat, slipping your wedding ring off is not an option ... Made of strengthened Titanium. Life time guarantee, ‘til death and all that." And it'll only cost you $550! But would it actually work?

i m married

.... All they have to do is not wear it.

Also, people, seriously, this IS YOUR SPOUSE. NOT your DOG.

You do not OWN your spouse.

That's what your wedding and marriage vows are for... That's why you already have a wedding ring... Plus a lot of people have no respect for marriage anymore if they are going to toss everything else aside they will find someone who does Not care about that imprint... Plus if he goes off at a bar people will be to drunk to notice it... How about trying to marry someone you trust so they won't cheat... Or at least have a better chance of them being faithful...

If you have no trust in a relationship you probably shouldn't have been married in the first place. If y ou are worried your s.o. will cheat maybe you should leave them while your ahead. lol.

I never wore a ring. Neither did she.

And by the way, how many people bother to look for a ring or a band where one used to be? No one I know of.

There are getting to be too many people of both sexes that do not care about being faithful. Even if one person is single they do not care that the other is not. People have lost their moral compass. They have forgotten the golden rule or they are soul-less or just so egotistical, that it is all about them, so they do not care. What a sad state our world is in. People have become too casual about private, intimate, activity that should not be shared with lots of people. Glad I am older and not involved in that mess anymore.

If you need a ring to tell you not to cheat, you have deeper issues that a ring isn't going to fix.

If a ring leaves an imprint it is too tight. When I used to wear rings I was constantly spinning them on my finger, nervous habit, so even if it were to tight it would not leave any impression anyway.

I quit wearing rings many years ago because they are dangerous, I have nearly lost a finger on several occasions by getting my ring caught on something that I was working on and always take it off when I am working on anything electrical after having it short out a circuit and nearly burn my finger off. No I only wear jewelry on special occasions, which does not happen very often.

Hell, you might as well tattoo their forehead. If you are shopping for one these, don't get married!

You could always just take it off. If someone really wanted to cheat, they could just take it off.

Cheaters cheat regardless. A stupid ring isn't going to stand in their way. They'll do it no matter what 'cos that's how they are.

1.) There are women out there that are still sleeping with men even when they know they're married and vice versa.

    2.) When you're in a nightclub, it's dark anyway.

3.) The fact that you are asking your other half to wear this ring is showing you don't trust them from Day 1 of your marriage then what is the point of getting married to that person in the first place?

Of course not! The fact that being legally married hasn't stopped anyone from cheating proves that if someone wants cheat they will cheat.

Anyone that thinks they need this ring, know now your marriage will fail because you do not have faith in your spouse nor do you support them. What next, imbed a tracking device under the skin and discuss your daily activities displayed on a report and why you went where and the length of time you lingered at each location?

Besides not all of the cheaters hide their marital status.

First off do drunk people really pay attention to fingers other than a ring? Will you inspect their finger and read the impression? No...

Second, my partner and I have matching titanium rings. Titanium to the 9s. Or 99.9% pure titanium and they were SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than the $550. But that was 4 years ago...
