There are parts of it that are pretty sad.

The documentary also addresses how one can reconcile their religious faith with their sexual orientation. Christianity and homosexuality need not be in conflict.

That can be of many help to LGBT Christians.

I would imagine so. Too many Christians have simply not read that book that they wave at the people they are yelling at. The Biblical manuscripts actually says very little on the subject of homosexuality, but it says a great deal on the need for charity and pacifism.

It did a good job explaining, but I would have also mention that many other factors play into that stuff. Nurture, albeit considered less effective than nature, plays a role in who you end up as. This video simplifies a few things, but I guess that's expected.

I guess you missed the part on nurturing, it did note that and said it was not significant.

Well, most do believe orientations (hetero, bi, homo, a) are a result of an interplay between biological and psychological factors. It was simplified, I believe, to ease up the humor in it, as well.

Well, yes, of course. I believe that they meant to refer to female hormonal interference. Anyways, there is more than one way of building an orientation, but the result is always a natural and unchangeable sexual orientation.

I was cautioning against too-simplistic thinking, but it is also true that I think male homosexual orientation is not some pale form of femininity, or a mislocated sense of being hetero female.The animation's theory is one theory of a number, and one that sounds hard to prove--though I'm no expert in that field.

Since I come from a scientific viewpoint and training, I prefer statements of fact to be well-defined and provable; but that's just me. For example, "natural" as you use it could be twisted around as regards the birth-order finding in a manner like Dr. Laura likes to, when she calls homosexuality a developmental disorder--and I doubt she'd think of that as being natural, even though it occurs in nature.

Well, okay. Hormonal influence is just a theory. Genetics make more sense. Plus, I saw very masculine men who are gay, and very feminine women that are lesbians, also seen bi's in my life. I hate all stereotypical views related to any orientation. But the purpose of this video is related to proving homosexuality not as a choice, but yes as natural.
