It's all about moderation and choices.
Eat fresh whenever possible.
Don't necessarily go for what's convenient.
Stay away from sugars,too many carbs,bad cholesterol,too much fat.
Eating more veggies,fruit and grains is a good idea.
Definetly processed foods are verboten.
Keep a doctor in your pocket,drink water,enjoy shopping,cooking and eating with others.You know what works...do it.
Reward yourself when you have been working hard to stay healthy.
An occasional candy bar or some ice cream won't kill ya!
Don't forget to get exercise and talk to others about what is working for them and share your thoughts and glories.
Remember that you are human.If you don't like where you're at at this moment change it by starting over right now.
Remember this is for you,you are worth it and others get to reap what you sow.
