    I'm into history and one day was reading how this whole civilization pretty much existed on eating quinoa so I went and bought some to try. Apparently it has all the right amounts of things in it to make it almost a superfood but given the way it tastes I would never want to have to live on the stuff.

    I hate to say it but um not good at eating fruit, I try to eat some veggies, i try to eat well I take vitamins.

    A half liter of beer every day with dinner. There's a lot of nutrients in beer and in moderation, it's quite good for you. I've lost a ton of weight so I must onto something.

    Surprisingly, dark and low-sugar chocolate are good for your heart So are avacados and red wine (in small amounts, of course).

    It took some getting used to but now I couldn't go a day without a grapefruit. Energy!

    Most foods are healthy.
    It's all about moderation and choices.
    Eat fresh whenever possible.
    Don't necessarily go for what's convenient.
    Stay away from sugars,too many carbs,bad cholesterol,too much fat.
    Eating more veggies,fruit and grains is a good idea.
    Definetly processed foods are verboten.
    Keep a doctor in your pocket,drink water,enjoy shopping,cooking and eating with others.You know what works...do it.
    Reward yourself when you have been working hard to stay healthy.
    An occasional candy bar or some ice cream won't kill ya!
    Don't forget to get exercise and talk to others about what is working for them and share your thoughts and glories.
    Remember that you are human.If you don't like where you're at at this moment change it by starting over right now.
    Remember this is for you,you are worth it and others get to reap what you sow.

    Potatos they have every vitimin and mineral (except for c) and they go great with everything. Come on millions of Irish can't be wrong.
