Advertisement For Burger King Chicken Wraps Is Deemed Offensive?

Burger King has pulled one of its commercials off the air after some complained it was offensive to the black community.

Hip-hop icon Mary J. Blige was chosen to advertise chicken wraps, and this caused an online stir. Some found the ad stereotypical and said it was offensive to cast a black woman in a role advertising a fried chicken product.

    I heard about this on the radio, and I think it's another example of silly, non-sensical, people choosing, or pretending to be offended.

    It is called race baiters. Anything they can point out as being racist they will. The media is great at that. Ever notice that the crime has anything to do with Asians the new person is Asian or if it was a black crime it reporter is black. Yet a white commits a crime and it is whom ever is available.

    Have you noticed that any type of commercial showing a criminal, they will almost always show a white person? When in reality Blacks and Latinos are more apt to be involved in a crime? adt commercial
