Adobe Flash Player Help

All day my Adobe Flash Player has been crashing, I don't know why this has begun to happen I have never had this problem in my life. Does anyone know how I can fix it. I tried to install a update or whatever the latest version is from the website and it said 'Installation failed'.

What can I do?

Remove and re install it. Next time, get a MAC.

I was not asking about computer preferences, I prefer PCs and I just bought this one in March. I also highly doubt the computer is the problem.
