Actress Francia Raisa from ABC's "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" suffered a wardrobe malfunction Sunday night when her dress flew up on the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards, exposing her black undies. Raisa took it like a champ and was able to laugh off the embarrassing moment, but unfortunately for her, the paparazzi captured the entire thing on film.

The 23-year-old, who plays Adrian Lee in the ABC series The Secret Life of the American Teenager, accidentally exposed her black underwear when her floaty thigh-skimming pink dress blew up while she was posing for photographers.

    Not sure if its a wardrobe malfunction, but I was at a concert and somehow in the constantly shifting crowd my pants either fell down or got pulled down. Couldn't do a thing about it since I was crushed against the barricade. Don't think anyone noticed.

    I was in school walking to class one day and my hands were full with all of my textbooks and my friend came running up to me and the floor was wet so *he* tripped and he, while trying to get up grabbed my skirt and it was very cheap so he literally ripped it off. And worse part is, my hands were full so I couldn't cover myself before everyone in the hallway saw my undies. So embarrassing! Girl embarrassed

    My trousers split in class in school one time. I was sent to the needlework class to have them repaired, and told to wait in the supply closet in my underwear, but girls kept running out of supplies for some reason! True story.

    Oops! I didn't remember until after I voted that I once put on pants that were ripped right up the ass and didn't realize it. Went to the vet that way and didn't realize my ass had been hanging out till I got home. Did not ever go back to that vet. :/

    One day I legitimately forgot to wear a shirt to school, and I didn't notice for two periods. I was wearing only my sheer undershirt which was tight and completely see-through. I meant to put a tank over it, and forgot!

    Ugh so many lucky people x-x anyway.
    Swim bottoms shredded by a rock.. bikini top+ocean waves= heart attack.
    walked up to school in my pjs forgetting to change into my uniform..
    white cami + water balloon day= bra disaster.

    WHITE bathing suit...A lake full of and surrounded by campers and camp staff...the upshot...the suit became invisible and I was virtually naked in front of a couple hundred kids and a bunch of other counselors and staff.

    At least she was prepared and wore undies!...I almost had one when I was younger and got drunk while wearing a strapless dress...thankfully I had friends there to pull it up.

    (Setting: Riverdale, MD- rare moment when I lived in America) Some of the neighborhood kids, including my cousin and I, decided to play kickball. In the middle my crush kicks the ball into the neighbors yard. My eldest cousin made me get our kickball from the yard that had TWO Shepard type dogs. I didn't see the dogs outside, so I hopped the chain link fence grabbed the ball and was about to turn back when I heard them barking and come from out the cut. I went the Flash in that bitch and hopped back over the fence only to have my pants get caught on the fence and tore my pants from crotch to knee...     jealous of what? I just don't wear those type of dresses. The only mini dresses I wear are the tennis regulated ones on a team.

    My bra was too small and I had the underboob, jiggly action. :/
    There were also other times where my fly was undone (once during serious pictures boo), my backpack at school tugged my gym shorts up so the school could see the bottom of my butt, pop a button off my pants, etc.
