    ...she should be deported to some country that will accept her. And because that is not the right thing to do to a citizen, let her serve a little "slam-time," say the 10 years per. The only downside to that is she would be afforded three hots and a cot during that time. In other words, a continued drain on society.

    Do you deport everyone who commits fraud? Doesn't seem the right punishment. Usually it's like a $10,000 fine and 2 years in prison for this sort of thing >.>

    Not only is it not the right thing to do, but illegal. And as for "slam-time" possibilities, 10 years per count is the max. Prosecution can ask for something less, but... And considering the crime was committed in Mass, she will probably get off with a "stern warning."
