Do you suffer from insomnia? Doctors have discovered that cooling your brain may help you sleep better. That is, if it's not too uncomfortable!
Do you think the anti-insomnia cap is worth a try?
The study found that insomniacs put to bed with caps filled with the coolest water slept 89 per cent of the time they were in bed – and nodded off three minutes earlier than those who had no trouble sleeping, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine’s annual conference heard.
British experts said that the science was sound – but questioned how practical and comfortable it is to turn in wearing a water-filled cap.
Dr Neil Stanley, a sleep consultant, said: ‘The down side is how cold is cold? Most of us don’t find it pleasurable to have a cold head – and certainly not in bed.’

It's obviously not that practical at the moment... but give it time, they'll invent something that helps.
i like sleeping in a cool room anyway
I can see how insomnia's easy to laugh at, don't get me wrong, but it's actually hell to live with at times- Just last week I had to leave school because i was delusional from sleep-deprivation. I think if a bed helped I would be better by now!
