Of course they should be punished! That baby may look healthy, but if you see what's inside of its lungs and so forth, you'd be disgusted! That poor, child! Who in their right minds would give it a cigarette? That's sad, imagine someone giving YOU a cigarette as a child, they'd be killing you, without you even know. If the kid could understand, what that's doing to him, he'd say his parents need to be punished too.
Seriously? Happy Meals? Those things will not turn your lungs black! Smoking can immediately kill some, while Happy Meals come with cute toys to make kids "happy". All in all, Happy Meals are fine in moderation, smoking is not.
A Chain Smoking Baby? Really?

Jaws have been dropping all over the world this week at the sight of a chain-smoking, two year-old baby.
Indonesian toddler Ardi Rizal reportedly smokes up to 40 cigarettes a day, having become hooked after his father, Mohammed, gave him his first cigarette at the age of 18 months. Ardi’s distraught Mom weeps, “He’s totally addicted. If he doesn’t get cigarettes, he gets angry and screams and batters his head against the wall. He tells me he feels dizzy and sick.”
The video also shows Ardi, who is also clearly overweight, attempting to ride on a toy truck. The two year-old quickly becomes frustrated and winded over his inability to push the truck up the slightest of inclines. To manage his frustration, he sparks up another one.
Officials in Musi Banyuasin, Indonesia, have offered to buy the family a vehicle if they can get the toddler off the smokes. But fishmonger Dad isn’t going for it, saying with a shrug, “He looks pretty healthy to me. I don’t see the problem.”
Should these parents be punished? Since they are clearly endangering this baby’s life, should the baby be removed from their care? Or is this just cultural snobbery? I mean, Happy Meals aren’t good for two year-olds either…
